This extremely nifty device enables you to send remedies and treatments to yourself or other people/animals in your presence, by simply pointing and speaking into the device whilst pressing the switch. 

You can potentize a glass of water or a bottle of blank pills simply by pointing the device at it; the remedy is sent immediately and in the moment.
